Fifteen years ago, after struggling with poorly controlled asthma, sleep apnea, chronic fatigue, GERD, and depression, I finally found out that all my symptoms were driven mainly by food.
I was diagnosed with food sensitivities, candida, and leaky gut, and that’s when my journey of restoring my health with nutrient-dense whole foods began.
After many years helping heal my body with food and reading everything I could about nutrition, I decided to become a functional nutrition coach so that I could help others find a new normal for their health and energy.
